Kids Books - School

I love this book because it is full of drama,funny,sad,interesting and over all a very good book. I have read this book over 2 times and i hope to read others like it.

The book room on the broom is by Julia Donaldson. It is fantasy and about a witch with ginger hair and a bow. It is also about a cat,a dog ,a frog, and a bird . This is a great rhyming book. The thing I like about the book is that the witch is not an ordinary witch,she is marvelous,delightful,and joyful! All three animals ask to be on the witches broom. The cat Keeps saying NO! Will the witch agree with the cat or let the three friends on? Read this book to find out!!

I just read it and it's AMAZING! I also recommend the other one, Fog Diver.

When Mor loses his baay (father), only three years after losing his yaay (mother). He is left alone to support his two sisters and himself, while hearing his baay and see his yaay's spirit. however, a group of boys called the Danka Boys get in the way and steal his food and money. They promise him protection, As long as Mor joins them. Mor has a choice: Join the Danka boys and be protected, or never join, and lose his food. Nobody ever said choices were easy.

I love this book so much it's heartfelt a great page turner I love this book it has some Yiddish words but, still very good! 10/10

"Surviving the Applewhites" is a funny and unique story. It is about a bad-mannered teenager named Jake Semple who is sent to live with a quirky family - the Applewhites. Here, he discovers his true self and talent, and even makes new friends. I would definitely recommend this novel!

This was a Battle for the Books for my school and it was a humorous story alright. Hank Zipzer is a smart kid like his parents say he is, he just has to work harder on tests, projects and homework. When he comes back for the beginning of the year, Hank's teacher wants everyone to write essays about where they went to during their summer vacation. Hank chooses a creative option he makes up for himself. He decides to make a model of Niagara Falls. His idea begins off so great, but who knew how many twists and turns could come with a simple decision of a model?

Okay, okay.... let's begin, A Handful of Stars by Cynthia Lord was a book that I liked. This one makes you feel two emotions, happy and sad. I'll show you what I mean by using emojis. ( This contains spoilers) Lucky running away ( 😭) Meeting Salma (😀) Finding out that Salma is poor (😭) PorkPie (😀) Lucky being blind (😭) Entering Pageant (💄😀) Now, now, now... the negatives. Well, I really did not like the fact that Hannah always wins. And just because Salma was telling the truth she did not make it. I kind of felt a tad bit of racism from the judges of the pageant and the characters in general. But anyway, as I reviewer I stress a lot about the details, and I found that a little something was wrong with the concept. Other than that, I really loved this one. I recommend this, and three stars is nothing to sneeze about😀

My mom had got me this bool at our local library.The very first chapter was a story i could almost relate to.So I read the rest of the book.And every time we went to our school library i would check out this book.Sometime in my last month of school, our librarian got a donation from an parent and she was so generous to give me that copy.I've lost count how many times I've read this book already.So good.

I'm currently reading this book right now, it's turning out VERY good! I am very impressed, and yes I will rate this book a 5, because- it makes me feel not so lonely, and I recommend this book for you if you wanna read it, bye! ヅ
