Diary of a Worm
By Doreen Cronin
Dairy of a worm by Doreen Cronin is a book about a worm telling all of what happened every month. It's very funny because the worm eats his homework because he forgot his lunch. He thinks digging tunnels helps the earth breathe. This book is great for kids because it's very funny. The worm is the main character he is in all pages. My favorite part was the first two pages it was the funniest. You should read this book it's very good so go to the library and get the book. It's great for all ages.😉

AARUSHI AWESOME
This book was really a good book because it teaches to recycle. Also, you should not waste food and if you don't want something just reuse it. If you always reuse and recycle maybe our world will be better and you were the one who helped. Again this is a great book about recycling. Micheal Recycle
Popular Clone: The Clone Chronicles #1
By M.E. Castle
Fisher Bas is a 6th grader who gets tormented by a group of three kids that he calls the Vikings. They are always waiting for him, to bash him on the head with the biggest book they can find, give him a swirly or something else along those lines. One day, Fisher just gets tired of it. So he comes up with a solution-cloning himself with the AGH (Advanced Growth Hormones) that his mom invented, which is something that world-known Dr. X(ander, no, I am not kidding! his name is Xander!) wants to get his hands on. After a sleepless weekend, lots of work and many different attempts, Fisher creates his clone. When his clone comes to life, he thinks a woman from a Spot-Rite ad is his mother so Fisher creates a fantasy for his clone to believe-that they are trying to get their mother back and they have to go to a place to train (AKA Middle School) for their enemies. Then, after a few days, Two (Fisher’s clone’s name) becomes more popular than him! He has friends, is known around school and stands up to the Vikings. Can Fisher change Two’s ways before something bad happens and they realize Two is not Fisher? In a wacky middle-grade story of adventure and clones, Fisher strives to be as good as his clone, and fights the evil Dr. X after a very shocking twist in the plot in a wonderful debut. What I thought about it: Popular Clone was a great book. I think this was a strong debut for M.E. Castle, and fans of middle-grade sci-fi will enjoy it. I have been reading a lot of sci-fi lately; Mila 2.0, Cinder, Scarlet–they all have something to do with sciency stuff like clones, androids and cyborgs. I thinking the idea of cloning yourself is interesting-and very complicated. It would be hard to keep a secret that there are two “You’s” out there. I also loved the other science aspects in this book: the inventions that Fisher has created and the Bas’ garden. The tomatos are the size of beach balls, and the bananas are the size of baseball bats. It’s like taking your garden and multiplying the size! Now that is awesome. I loved the drawings throughout the book of Fisher’s inventions-they help you understand what they are talking about/using in the story. Also, the battle at the end was pretty epic, with lots of action and chases. The book ends with a BIG cliffhanger, though. Thankfully I had the second book available BWAHAHA! So overall, a great book for fans of middle-grade stories and adventures. Lenny Cyrus, School Virus
By Joe Schreiber
In Lenny Cyrus School Virus Lenny Cyrus shrinks himself down to a microscopic level trying to prove that he can do something that nobody else has done before and that completely breaks all laws of physics, to his parents who are both Nobel Prize winners. Lenny goes inside Zooey Andrews’s body and gets stuck in there for six hours with a virus named Astro. He meets a steroid called Lug and turns him into a caffeine molecule eventually every steroid wants to be turned into a caffeine molecule too. After a while of watching how Lenny did it, they all learn how to do it themselves and every one turns itself into a caffeine molecule; completely disrupting things. When Lenny makes it up to Zooeys brain he makes it across the blood brain barrier but leaves a hole letting a virus get into her brain. The virus, starts slowly eating away at all her white blood cells and slowly killing her in the process. In the meanwhile Zooeys putting on a play that she’s been working on for two years and cant afford to get sick now. I think that this book is an okay book. Although its cover doesn’t look as good as it could have been, and the title isn’t the best either, the book isn't as bad as it seems when you first look at it.
Garden Princess
By Kristin Kladstrup
This book really took me by suprise. It is a soft love story that takes place, in of course, a garden. Princess Adela is not the kind of Princess most people want her to be, she would rather spend time in the soil than in her duties. When her closest friend, the gardener, Garth, she comes along and discovers a couple secrets considering their hostess, Lady Hortensia. Let's just say, don't judge a flower by it's cover. After Adela manages to escape, she can't seem to stop thinking about the black bird, whom she restored to his human form. Equally odd, he feels the same way. THis novel is a good read that is a mystery, an adventure, and a soft love story.
