Call Me Hope

Call Me Hope

By Gretchen Olson

This book is about a girl. She is constantly bullied by one person in her life. Her mother. Her mother calls her 'Hopeless' and other mean things. With the help of the characters in "Life Is Beautiful", a movie about the Holocaust, she creates a point system. With the field trip ahead, working at Next to New, and doing some stuff her mother doesn't like, Hope tries to cope with her verbally abusive mother. Note: This has some minor bad language used repeatedly to emphasize Hope's mother's abuse.

Before I write this, I'd just like to first of all start out with saying that THIS IS MY FAVORITE SERIES OF ALL TIME!!! Book 3 (this one) and 4 of this series were so... just crazyyyy!!!! Like it was so intense and so like I NEEDED to get past certain parts and just needed them to find Will and Evanlyn!!! AGH it was INSANE!!! But it was really good, too! - I read the first 8 books in the summer (with a crazy schedule due to ballet and vacation and camps and stuff) and literally gobbled books 1-4 up!! I LOVED it!! Seriously, read these books!!! Just so much suspense and it was just SO intense!!!

Witch & Wizard. James Patterson with Gabrielle Charbonnet

Witch & Wizard. James Patterson with Gabrielle Charbonnet

By James Patterson

I loved the book series (even though I accidentally read the second book first)! This is one of my favorites, and I bought the whole series after finding the rest of the books. James Patterson is a skilled author, and I loved all the awesome (and very sassy) characters!

Tiger's Destiny (Book 4 in the Tiger's Curse Series)

Tiger's Destiny (Book 4 in the Tiger's Curse Series)

By Colleen Houck

Amazing end to an amazing series, I can not believe how much I have been waiting to finish this series. Unlike most series that made me scream at the ending, this series brought me tears of joy.

Into the Killing Seas

Into the Killing Seas

By Michael P. Spradlin

This book is the best!!!!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! This is a historical fiction book about the U.S.S Indianapolis. This was a boat that sank by a Japaneses torpedo. There are several shark attacks and tons of blood. Plus two boys stuck in the middle of it! This is a good book for people who like pain, suspense, a little horror, and history. I would not suggest this book for anyone under 12 and 13 because of the really detailed parts. This is a great book .

Timescape: Dreamhouse Kings, Book #4

Timescape: Dreamhouse Kings, Book #4

By Robert Liparulo

The basic plot of this book is Two brothers and there sister are searching for there mom who got sucked into this portal thing because by some crazy thing/person took her. I honestly loved this series at first... But when I got to the fourth book I realized I couldn't even finish it, that never happens to me when I read! It was so drawn out that I just didn't care how the book ended anymore so sadly I do not recommend this book. But hey, maybe give it a shot just make sure to read it in order.
