the book pinned captured me right away into the word of a ninth grader with ADHD and a ninth grader who had no legs, this book made me think how different but same you can be, Sharon G flakes writing painted a picture in my mind right away based on setting, character, and love, the book pinned was emotional about love and hate, and about these two main characters lives this book pulled me into a world of imagination and i would recommend it to anyone who loves drama, hope, and sincerity. this book was a must read for me and my friends, it was amazing to talk about and even more amazing to write about, i give this book a 5/5 and i hope you do to!

Great story that reminds us that family doesn't necessarily mean just those people who live with you.

@athleticamazin is right!I love all of the american girl books.I loved this one especially because it's set on the beach in hawaii.It's a different setting from the rest of the books so it was really fun to read!
