This book is very awesomely good, because especially for people who feel alone, or fat, or just not yourself, there is another person you can share your feelings with somebody you meet in this book. That is why you should read this book, and is not just about that...

Kizzy Ann Stamps
By Jeri Watts
This book takes the reader all the way back to when we had slavery. Kizzy Ann Stamps, the main character, has a dog named Shag that helps her along the path of life. As a young one, Kizzy was cut and was left with a huge scar going down the corner of her right eye and to the bottom of her cheek. Later on in the years, Kizzy had a chance to be transferred to a white school, when before, she couldn't go too. Throughout the book, the reader will experience the struggles and happiness young Kizzy Ann Stamps has experienced, which can give the reader different moods the whole way. Lastly, the reader will be reading the notes Kizzy sent to her new teacher. If you ask me, this book is splendid and is very knowledgeable for pre-teens, teenagers, and adults of all ages.

Momotaro Xander and the Lost Island of Monsters
By Margaret Dilloway
Xander Miyamoto usually spends his time drawing comics while his sixth grade teacher lectures about world problems, and creating computer programs at home. He likes nothing better than when the dismissal bell rings, and get away from bullies like Lovey who won't leave him alone for being half Asian. At the start of Spring Break, Xander and his best friend Peyton are playing computer games when Xander's father interrupts and gives them a comic book about a samurai warrior. But then when there's an earthquake, and a giant flood, the kids find out the comic is real. Xander and his family are part of an ancient line dedicated to protecting the world. And when Xander's dad disappears in the flood, Xander's grandmother tells them of his legacy. So Xander and Peyton, along with Inu, Xander's dog, must set off on the adventure of a lifetime in order to save his father, and the rest of the world from unimaginable monsters and destruction. And Xander must do this while trying to figure out what his powers are, and if he really belongs in this adventure. I really liked in this book that a lot of Japanese culture is part of the story, and you learn a lot. I recommend this book to adventure book lovers. I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.
Kalahari
By Jessica Khoury
This is the best book!!! A girl named Sarah lives with her dad and a bushman that is a good friend. Sarah and her dad are hosting a safari when Sarah's dad and the bushman see some mysterious people. They go off and Sarah is left to look after the 5 teens. After a couple of days, They don't see Sarah's father and go out looking for him. When the group is in the middle of the desert, they all see a lion. It appears to be white at first... Then Sarah notices that the lion is silver. After seeing the mystifying yet dangerous creature more than once, they become suspicious. Especially after they see some men destroying all Sarah Has left of her mother. Read the rest to see if they can stop the deadly virus and if Sarah ever finds her dad. I rated this book 5 stars because it was full of action, suspense and at times even a little romance! I totally recommend this book and found it because it was on my school summer reading list. Read the book to see what happens to all of the teens and her father!
The Three Little Pigs and the Fox (Aladdin Picture Books)
By William H. Hooks
This book helped everyone in my family to learn to be nice and sometimes how to protect yourself when some one breaks in your house! (Like the big bad wolf). And this story was really inspiring to me and my family so I highly recommend this book!😁
House of Secrets: Clash of the Worlds (House of Secrets Series Book 3)
By Chris Columbus, Ned Vizzini, Chris Rylander
In this book (you can probably tell) the to worlds (the book world and the normal world) collide. And that is because when the wind witch (dahelia) got rid of the storm king (her father) the barrier between the to worlds failed. Brendan Eleanor and Cordelia had to bring the Storm kind back to life so he could tell them how to fix the barrier. He tells them to get the three world keepers from three different books in the book world. Before they set off on there journey they went to the book world and found a town. They made a few friends in the book before setting off away from the town. Cordelia went to the bottom of the sea to get one of the world keepers and Brenden went to another town where he had to find another world keepers (with the help of and alien) and Eleanor was on planet 5X (a very unsafe place) to find the final world keeper. The world keeper that's always moving. But the world keeper is somewhere you would not at all expect it to be but I'm not going to spoil that for any of you! I have not finished the book yet so I can't say much more about it except Eleanor gets tricked and possibly I don't know yet (remember I have not read all of it) Stays with the evil! Or leaves it. I'm going to figure that out soon. . . If you read this I hope it encourages you to read this book or book series just maybe you should start from the first book. Love you homies! ;>
