Jason has a problem. He doesn't remember anything before waking up on a school bus holding hands with a girl. Apparently she's his girlfriend Piper, his best friend is a kid named Leo, and they're all students in the Wilderness School, a boarding school for "bad kids." What he did to end up here, Jason has no idea-except that everything seems very wrong.

Piper has a secret. Her father has been missing for three days, and her vivid nightmares reveal that he's in terrible danger. Now her boyfriend doesn't recognize her, and when a freak storm and strange creatures attack during a school field trip, she, Jason, and Leo are whisked away to someplace called Camp Half-Blood. What is going on?

Leo has a way with tools. His new cabin at Camp Half-Blood is filled with them. Seriously, the place beats Wilderness School hands down, with its weapons training, monsters, and fine-looking girls. What's troubling is the curse everyone keeps talking about, and that a camper's gone missing. Weirdest of all, his bunkmates insist they are all-including Leo-related to a god.

Rick Riordan, the best-selling author of the Percy Jackson series, pumps up the action and suspense in The Lost Hero, the first book in The Heroes of Olympus series. Fans of demi-gods, prophesies, and quests will be left breathless--and panting in anticipation for Book Two. The accessible and dramatic cover art by graphic novelist Nilah Magruder will attract a new generation of readers.

At the start of the book Jason realizes that he isn't like the other Greek demigods. That is probably because he is Roman not Greek. Near the end of the book Jason and his friends are trying to save Hera. If you were to read this book you would not be able to put it down.

I have read most of the books that Rick Riordan has wrote within the past few years and they were cool. He puts little funny things in it too.

The Lost Hero is so good. I loved it.

Great book the sequel and series are amazing! Perfect if you are looking for something to read. Though I do recommend reading Percy Jackson and the Olympians first. It is very informative, teaches great lessons!

This book is written by Rick Riordan. It a very good book because there are a lot of adventures in the book that you'll never imagine. Jason woke up and found out that he was on a school bus sitting next to a pretty girl named Piper. Piper is Jason's girl friend that he just realize. Behind was sitting his best friend Leo that he doesn't even know. Jason didn't remember anything before he woke up. The coach was looking at him for a long time, and he was thinking the same thing too. The coach a the students went on a field trip. When they arrived, the coach stopped Jason and asked who he was. Jason told him that he doesn't remember anything that happened before he woke up. So the coach told him that he had never seen him in his class. And the coach told him that he senses a monster in between the students and told him to watch out. Then Piper went up to Jason and started walking in with him. Then Dylan came and started to talk to Piper, Piper didn't like him. Jason got kind of jealous when he saw Dylan dragging Piper away from him. Then they started crossing a bridge. If you looked down, it felt like you were hundreds of miles away from the ground. If you fell from there, you would probably die. Then suddenly, a storm occurred and started blowing strong winds toward the coach, Leo and Jason. Dylan and Piper guided the other students into the room and opened the door for the coach, Leo and Jason to go in, But then, Dylan closed the door tightly and threw Piper away from the door. When Jason saw that, he was pretty angry. Then the coach, Leo and Jason started running towards the door and the wind direction. The wind was too strong that they couldn't hold themselves. Dylan appeared in front of the coach, Leo and Jason. It came out that all this time the monster coach sensed was Dylan. Dylan was a storm spirit that wants to kill Piper, Leo, Jason and the coach. Then Jason found a gold coin in his pocket and took it out. He threw the coin into the air and spin it, then the gold coin turned into a golden sword. Dylan used his sword and hit Dylan on the head. Dylan didn't faint but started to bleed a little on his head. Dylan called two storm spirits out and told them to attack Jason, Leo and the coach. Leo got attacked and the coach had to save him. Soon after, Jason defeated all the storm spirits, including Dylan. Dylan disappeared and ran away. This is all when Jason's adventure started.

Exactly. You must have paid attention
