I actually won this book through DOGObooks, and I really enjoyed it! It is full of neat illustrations and stories of scientists from when they were kids, and how that helped them become who they were as adults. I would highly recommend this book!

This is a book about many biographies of people and their famous stories. There are 4 space stories or "Reaching for the starts" stories and 4 "green thumb and animal lovers" stories. Also there are "Invisible Forces stories and "Do it yourself stories!" My favorite was about from the Reaching or the stars part Neil deGrasse Tyson, Look Up!

I was thrilled to win this book! Marie Curie is my favorite STEM role model, but I also enjoyed reading about Albert Eisenstein, Sally Ride, Nikola Telsa and Ada Lovelace as kids. It was so cool to read how Neil DeGrasse Tyson did odd jobs to make money for a telescope and that Hawking hated school and preferred to build his own computer. Scientists have very different backgrounds and abilities. The book is very inspiring.

Kid scientists is all about sharing the power that kids hold. It is about ruining the stimulation that kids are not capable of greatness

Kid scientists is all about sharing the power that kids hold. It is about ruining the stimulation that kids are not capable of greatness, and promotes kids to strive for greatness. This book is truly powerful in it's sharing of diversity and the strength in people that usually are seen as weak.

This is truly such an inspiring book to me. My favorite subject indeed is Science

I won this book in a freebie. It's pretty good. Usually when learning about scientists we hear about their major breakthroughs, but Kid Scientists takes a different angle, giving interesting facts about the future researchers. Did you know that Isaac Newton was once in the bottom 5% of his school? It shows how the kids were inspired. The writing was not the most advanced; I'd recommend to kids 8-11.

I won this book and just got it on Thursday and I can't put it down! This is one of my new favorite books! First, I thought, I would just read over the names and pick a few to read each day. But all the scientists in the book are scientist that I have studied and read about. I won't put any spoilers out there for those of you who really, really, really want to read this book, but I will say "Thank you!" Marie Curie, Katherine Johnson, Sally Ride were really quirky kids like me!
