This book was the beginning of my life. It is that good! It is more than good, it's the reason I live! Harry Potter is one of most favorite heroes ever! He is so modest and shy and will sacrifice anything for his friends! Hermione Granger is one of my most favorite heroines ever too! She doesn't need a prince to save the day, shes smart and witty enough to do it herself! Ron amazing too, hes funny and always makes me burst out laughing! The Golden Trio is my favorite! I hate to say it, but even Seaweed Brain, Wise Girl, and Grover can't compare to the Golden Trio! I highly, highly advise everyone in the world to read this series!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK! This book has everything, magical creatures and magical humans. It makes kids fantasize about going to Hogwarts, it is my dream to go there (I know it's not real, but a girl can dream, right?)! Harry is the perfect hero. He is very modest and didn't even know he was famous until he finds out he's a wizard. In a way, he reminds me of Rapunzel from Tangled because like Rapunzel, he didn't know he was famous. I'll let you guys read the whole series to find out about the rest of Harry's adventures. THIS IS ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE SERIES EVER!!!!!!
A good book. I won a copy of this book on IDOGO, for my brother when he is old enough. I have read the book twice and still enjoy it. It tells the first year of Harry Potter's year at magic school.

I first read this book a year ago. Now I have finished the series, it is amazing. I think that this book is really unique, there is nothing else like it. I would recommend it to everyone, but for some younger kids, it may be too violent. It is an awesome book! I love it!
This book is for all magic lovers! Harry finds out that he is magical at the age of 12. Exactly. His uncle, cousin, and aunt don't want to believe that magic is real. A magical lad named Hagrid comes to Harry and takes him away from his uncle, aunt, and cousin, whom he despises. His parents are dead, and both of them were born with magic in their blood. They both went to Hogwarts, a school for the magical arts. Harry has his path to pave, and he begins at Hogwarts. There are many people who want to get rid of him, though--especially He Who Must Not Be Named--Voldemort. The most evil and 2nd most powerful wizard. Can Harry dodge the obstacles the block his path during his first year of Hogwarts, with barely any knowledge about magic? Read this book to find out!
I absolutely love this book! I used to hate it before, but this year I started reading it and I instantly got sucked into it! I love the ideas of the houses! I'm in Ravenclaw, but I'm a bit of Slytherin. My favorite character is Draco Malfoy. What house are you guys in?

I think that this is such an eye-popping book that I would read the whole series. Even though I'm not a science-fiction kind of person.
I read this book and at the moment in the middle of reading the second book, The Chamber of Secrets I want to eventually be able to read the whole series, I am in fourth grade and I love Harry Potter books. I give this series an overall 5 stars.
