I think Black History Month is important because if we don't learn from our previous mistakes, then we could repeat them, and Black History Month is trying to make sure that racism on that level doesn't happen anymore.

I think that most African Americans owe a lot to these national celebrates that paved the way for how others treat them today. I don't see why or how anybody could be judged by there skin color. I am glad that someone took a stand and stopped it because it was not fair and should never happen again.

The article was really interesting and how African Americans life were like.

It does not matter what we all look like. They have dreams, Ideas, just like us. They should have not been treated different. And the things that were done to the famous people were mean. Black History Month so much. So we won't forget what black history is all about.
