In this "Wizard of Oz" type adventure it seems there's no place like home, which is where Susie wants to be. She's stuck at Lotsatots Land and the only one who can help her is the Magic Lizard! Along the Hopscotch Road to the Lizard's castle, Susie meets up with the Babies, who also need help.
