This Newbery Medal winner that has a fantastic puzzle at its heart has been called “smart and mesmerizing,” (The New York Times), “superb” (The Wall Street Journal), and “incandescent” (The Washington Post).

When Miranda starts receiving mysterious notes, she doesn’t know what to do.

The notes tell her that she must write a letter, a true story, and that she can’t share her mission with anyone—not even her best friend, Sal.

It would be easy to ignore the strange messages, except that whoever is leaving them has an uncanny ability to predict the future. If that’s the case, then Miranda has an even bigger problem—because the notes tell her that someone is going to die, and she might be too late to stop it.

First, i didn't wanna read it. (I was judging it by its cover, basically) then, i finally clicked to read what it was about, I've gotta say. I want to read it now.

super cool super cool

Hi,I havent read the book yet

CUPCAKES!! CUPCAKES!!

OMG!!! This book sounds really really really good. I have always liked these types of books that contain mysteries and adventures. I wonder why Sal just shut Miranda out when he got punched by that new kid. It is not like she did anything wrong. I know it was wrong for the new kid to do that, but Sal is taking his anger out on someone who is his really close friend. BEST friend! It does not make any sense. But, I STILL CAN'T WAIT TO READ THE BOOK, WHEN YOU REACH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

This news article is about girls who live in a neighborhood in New York City.

I wish I can read this book because I've been looking some interesting comments about the book saying "This book is a great." "This book is interesting and good." So I really wish one day I can get to read this book.

I read this book and at the end, it's really surprising(I won't spoil it, don't worry)! Overall, this book is a good one.

So far this book is really interesting and good. It's a mix of lots of genres. Sci - fi, Mystery, Humor, a little Fantasy, and a tad of Romance. When the talk about time travel it get really confusing but other than that part it'a a really good. Don't spoil the end though because I still need to finish the book.

I read picked up this book because it looked like a quick easy read but as I got into it, it got really confusing with the time travel. I ended up reading though some of the pages over and over again to help me understand it, but I would highly recommend this book to science fiction fans.

This book looks so good, not only do I love the cover a lot of my friends have read this book and keep recommending it to me, since my favorite types of books are mystery (pretty little liars, and the lying game) I think I would really enjoy this book.

This is a great book that I would recommend to all of my fans, since it appeals to both boys and girls. It has a little bit of adventure, romance, and humor all in a great mystery book. I would recommend this book especially to fans of Rebecca Stead's first book, First Light.
