Princess Emeralda a.k.a. Emma isn't exactly an ideal princess. Her laugh is more like a donkey's bray than tinkling bells, she trips over her own feet and she does not like Prince Jorge, whom her mother hopes she will marry. But if Emma ever thought to escape her troubles, she never expected it to happen by turning into a frog! When convinced to kiss a frog so he might return to being a prince, somehow the spell is reversed and Emma turns into a frog herself! Thus begins their adventure-a quest to return to human form.

Fascinating and hilarious characters ranging from a self-conscious but friendly bat to a surprisingly loyal snake and a wise green witch confirm that readers won't soon forget this madcap story.

This is the enjoyable story in which Disney's "The Princess and the Frog" is based off. This is a fun book about a princess who agrees to kissing a frog, but is greeted by a huge surprise when she does.

this book is about a very clumsy princesses named emeralda that turns herself into a frog by kissing another frog claiming to be a prince but when you kiss a frog that's a prince the frog is supposed to turn back into a prince isn't that right emerelda needs to find out what happens before getting eaten by a bager our killed by a very desperate witch

I really liked this book because it wasn't as a pretty princess story.Emma doesn't behave like a princess. So when a frog tells her to kiss him.She does and ends up becoming a frog and going on an adventure.

I like this book since it isn't like regular princess books because the protagonist, princess Emma, doesn't behave like a princess. When Emma kisses a frog, she turns into a frog instead of most fairytales, when princesses kiss frogs and turn the frogs into princes again,

I only read chapter 1 to 2. And i liked it!

I really enjoyed reading The Frog Princess! I love reading about princesses! This book has princesses and a lot more! I loved all the twists and turns in this book!

This book was really interesting. The princess, Imogene, has her birthday coming up, and is reading a princess guidebook from her mother. She is tricked by a frog into kissing him, which turns her into a frog and the frog back into a mere servant.

Lovey gushy. My sister read it out loud, she's 7 and I guess what did I expect. Not my kind of book. Ok though. Enjoy this book girly girls. To boys follow me to the other side of the reading world.

I rated this 4/5. I don't really like princess stories, but this one was so good! E.D. Baker is a great author. Also, I thought this story was hilarious. The Frog Princess, well, Emma turned into a frog herself! I remember the fairy tale much better when I read the story. I hope you enjoy the story as well!
