I just read this book. It's so good! Julie is feeling homesick because she just moves but when Storm comes in it brightens her day! She meets a boy named Isaac at a pet center and they become friends. They find out about a puppy traning school so Isaac can train his dog, Teddy. They later on figure out that teddy is deaf. Isaac tells Julie that the pet center has another deaf dog named Flossie, and the owner is going to teach Isaac how to use hand signs to train a pup. This book is so good and I can't stop reading it! I highly reccomend.
