Harry Potter has never been the star of a Quidditch team, scoring points while riding a broom far above the ground. He knows no spells, has never helped to hatch a dragon, and has never worn a cloak of invisibility.
All he knows is a miserable life with the Dursleys, his horrible aunt and uncle, and their abominable son, Dudley — a great big swollen spoiled bully. Harry’s room is a tiny closet at the foot of the stairs, and he hasn’t had a birthday party in eleven years.
But all that is about to change when a mysterious letter arrives by owl messenger: a letter with an invitation to an incredible place that Harry — and anyone who reads about him — will find unforgettable.
For it’s there that he finds not only friends, aerial sports, and magic in everything from classes to meals, but a great destiny that’s been waiting for him… if Harry can survive the encounter.

I really liked this book because the author makes you feel as if you are there in the book but you're invisible and you can't talk. After I finished the book I was heart broken that it was over.I was also rather happy because I got to keep reading the series of Harry Potter.I really loved this book and I could read it over and over again without it being boring.

This book is about Harry going to the zoo on Dudley's birthday and when Dudley is looking at the Boa constricter the glass he is leaning on dissappears and he falls in the exhibit. That is a little bit about Harry Potter and the Sourcerers Stone!!!
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone so far is about Harry being born and growing up. His parents die when he is a baby so he has to live with the Dudly and his parents:( When it is Dudly's birthday Harry usually goes to his neibors house and does nothing. But this year she gets hurt and can't take care of him. So instead of going there he gets to go the zoo with Dudly for his birthday!!!! When there at the zoo, they go to the reptile and snake exhibit. When Dudley is looking at the Boa constricter puting his nose up on the glass, the glass disappears and Dudley falls in the exhibit and the snake slithers out. When Dudley gets out of the exhibit and cleans up they go to the car. Dudley's parents yell at Harry for a long time and he gets put in his room for a long time. That is a summery about the book Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone!!!
