What I thought of it: I don't know how, but I somehow skipped some parts, so I didn't fully understand what was going on even after I went back and read them. I didn't really get it. It wasn't that interesting. Overall, I guess I was ok.

Lily's Crossing is about a girl named Lily and her father goes to the war to help build things for war. Lily has to stay with her grandmother on the beach. She meets a boy named Albert and they develop a friendship. This book is really good and tells a lot of good morals and lessons about telling the truth and friendship. Lily has to overcome herself and she realizes that there are people in the world that are not as fortunate as Albert.
