People project her as a hologram, and she has lots of merchandise, such as T-Shirts, Headphones, Plushies, Phone Cases, and even costumes! Its really cool once you're into it.

Well, the singer IS miku, they just had a voice actor do the voice for the software. The voice actor IS a actress though, and doesn't have time to sing.
