Imagine having your wildest dreams come true, everything fictional becomes non-fiction, but with that, so do your fears. This is the new life of Nico, Emma, Tyler, and Opal when they accidentally discover an unknown island with a dark (literally!) secret. The four friends, intrigued by the island, make it their mission to understand the impossible. But, fun soon turns to survival as they begin to notice the danger of it all. I am learning to code on Khan Academy as well! I really like how easy it is to learn there! How far are you in the course? I'm still on JavaScript and I'm learning about While Loops!

That's cool! How long have you been playing soccer? I haven't ever played soccer.. I have tried baseball though! It gets really hot where I live though, so I like to swim in the summer.... Unfortunately we don't have a pool, so I won't be doing much of that this summer :( What languages are you learning with computer programming?

Hello! In this comment I'm going to tell you why I want this book. First of all, I love pretty much all National Geographic Kids books. I like the way the images help explain the text, and how much I can learn from each book. Next, I've only read one National Geographic Kids almanac before, but I really liked it. My favorite parts were the fun facts, but all the rest was great too! Thank you for reading my comment.

It's been sooo long since I've gotten on Dogobooks! I missed it! How is everyone? What will you be doing this summer stuck at home? I'll be reading a lot. At my local library, there's a summer reading program and if you read a book, go to an online library event, or "log fitness activity" your name gets entered to win a prize, so I'm going to be reading a LOT this summer. I'm also going to code. Does anyone else like to code? The languages I use are JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, and CSS. :)
