It's easy! All you have to do is click on a book, scroll down past the description, and post a review! I'm also new, and I hope you enjoy DOGO!

Maybe try going into your account page, press books under your avatar, and search the title, then review it!

You can search on the search bar above, click the book title you want to review, then there's a section for reviewing. If your review is great, you get editor's pick, which I'm not sure if the editor reads my review but there can be multipe editor's pick in one book.
