Hi guys 👋 so I need some big advice today... Have any of you ever had to use crutches or have had a family who have had crutches? Cause I kinda need some tips on how to use them uncomfortably. If your wondering why, well.. I was at the skate park and I was going on the ramps doing pretty ok, and on last one I did I kinda fell and when I fell I did it the wrong way, and while paying on the go found I realized my ankle had swollen badly and one thing led to another and after some X-Rays my ankle had a very bad sprain. (Which they thought was going to be a break) anyways how I have a air cast and crutches and yeah, sorry for the long life story '-' anyways... any tips? Thanks guys -Ajg15 ♥♥♥

I sprained my ankle on the 7th and I'm going to be down for awhile - literally just sitting - and I really need some books to keep me occupied. I was this book and I got so excited!
