Belgian malinois (malin-wa) are super active dogs! The malinois originated from Belgium and has 4 varieties, classified as separate breeds by the AKC. The first and most common variety is the Belgian Malinois, which is what Ryker is. The second is the Belgian Groenendael, and it has a long, feathery, black coat. The third is the belgian Tervuren, it has the same colors of the Malinois but with a feathery coat and more agouti patterns. Finally, last but not least, we have the Belgian Laekenois. It has a curly and wiry coat and typically comes in shades of cream. The malinois was used in herding, and eventually for military purposes. Because of that, they've developed a keen and hyper personality. The 4 varieties were named after the towns they originated from, however, most kennel clubs classify them as the same breed (except for the American Kennel Club). The working lines should be more eager than the show lines. This breed would do awesome at a sport, like agility.

Calm down, the media is likely just overreacting. I don't want to come off as careless, but 80,000 vs 1 billion in China is less than 00.01% (1% would be 10 million). I can't fathom why everyone is acting as if people will turn into zombies.

The Coronavirus is a very low risk.. you should not be worried about it, but at the same time, try not to go to places heavily infected with the virus such as Asia. I'd also like to put some things into perspective, there's only 90,000 infected. Now, you may say that's A LOT but there's also 1 billion people in China. 90,000 vs 1 billion.. incredibly low. It's not enough to be considered a pandemic for me. The Coronavirus is trivial compared to the Bubonic plague. TL;DR The media is overreacting and bored.

I don't think that's related to the coronavirus.. just basic hygiene, which you should always have regardless of what virus is trending right now.

Not much, maybe like, 51 people with the virus but that's like saying America is in danger because 00.00000001% of the population got a disease.

The virus takes about 2 weeks to show. That means thousands of people would have to be in temporary quarantine, and who's going to wait check all those people for Covid-19 symptoms? So while yes, it's pretty sad that uninfected people are forced to be stuck in an infected area, the virus has spread to other countries which is a direct result of people being allowed to travel. Once they start showing the symptoms it's already too late and that's how pandemics start.

Lol that's a weird conspiracy theory. There are many different strands of the coronavirus, which is why it has been re-named COVID-19. Some strands of the coronavirus actually can cause the common cold. But this is a different, brand new, strand which PROBABLY originated from contaminated food at a market in Wuhan. Since China is massively populated, I'm not surprised it spread so quickly.

But think about it this way. There are people in China who are not sick (went for vacation) and now are stuck. If all transportation is closed they are forced to become sick the eventually die. I understand that they might spread it if they come here but they get scanned for corona virus right when they get off the plane.

Thanks :). I recently heard there was a pandemic issued around 2009 for Swine Flu, with about 50,000 cases in the USA. From the looks of it, I don't think this new virus will turn into those plagues from 400 years ago. Today, we have so much better knowledge so this is why I *believe* it's just an overreaction, but there's still the real possibility of the virus contaminating millions since it can't be prevented as of now, & like I said previously it originated from a densely populated area.
