Kids Books - Friendship

Ok, so I have read more of the Adventures of Tom Sawyer.So it gets more exciting when you go into later chapters.Im going to start by telling you about the part where at school,he's crushing on Becky Thatcher and his mission is to get her attention.They end up meeting and getting "engaged"But then Tom tells her that he was engaged to this other girl,Amy Lawrence first.They get all mad at each other and all that.Then a couple chapters later,he decides that his Aunt Polly doesn't love him anymore and Joe decides the same thing since his mother whipped him earlier thinking he stole the cream when she had actually thrown it out herself.They decide to become pirates and they also invite "Huck" or Huckleberry Finn to come with them.At first the boys think this is great fun to pretend to be pirates when they catch their own food and make camp without their parent(s).But then on Saturday they see a ferry sort of boat coming with a party of people searching for them and they feel really homesick.Then when the night comes Tom gets so homesick that he sneakes back to his Aunt Polly's house when the boys fall asleep.He then waits till she's asleep and kisses her goodnight.The next morning the boys want to go back home because they don't like being pirates anymoreWhen he sees they aren't kidding he calls for them and tells them his secret.They then get caught in a terrible storm and then go on a log to the church and hide in an unused gallery to attend their own funeral.They then show themselves and everyone is relived and happy to see them especially Aunt Polly.

When Miranda first hears the warnings that a meteor is headed on a collision path with the moon they just sound like an excuse for extra homework assignments but her disbelief turns to fear in a split second as the entire world witnesses a lunarcimpact that knocks the moon closer in orbit catastrophically altering the earth's climate . everything else in Miranda life fades away as supermarkets bruh out of of food gas goes up to more then ten dollars and school is closed indefinitely but what Miranda and her family don't realize is that the worst is yet to come

It has chapters in it.It is not a long book.It is awesome how the fly becomes the boys friend.He is a really smart fly.

In ‘One Green apple’ by ‘Eve Bunting’ The author never says this but i get enough evidence to know Farah is a particular one and the author does say she cant speak English and just moved to a English country and speaks to any of the other kids and if she had been able to speak to the kids she would probably fit in way better and faster. One Green Apple teaches you things can be hard but you can get past it. This is true for Farah because she made a friend. This shows that you can always get through stuff no matter how hard it is and you don't give up And my second reason is she stopped getting picked on and this means people stopped talking bad about her and being mean this shows that you can always get through stuff no matter how hard it is and you don't give. My final reason is that she got a good drink and stayed with her group and this is important because that drink gave her confidence to stay with the group. This shows that you can always get through stuff no matter how hard it is. One Green Apple teaches you things can be hard but you can get past it. This is true for Farah because she made a friend. This book is so good is about 3 boys and one girl that are friends and {}Spoiler alert if you haven't read the book{} The girl's name is Nola and there are 3 boys that all all best friends and one day the swift boys dad and mom got in a argument and the swift boys dad left to somewhere then all the swift boys were really sad and they kind of changed because of it so Nola did not want them to be sad and WANTED to find out where the swift boys dad has gone and what happened to him later then Nola asked mom if she could go to her grandma's house for spending time with her or cleaning and the reason she actually wanted to go to her grandma's house is because she wanted to see if the swift boys dad is if there dad is dating some one else and she also wanted to find out id the swift boys dad is living with some one else>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> then later on Nola went back to her house she did find some clues if the swift boys dad is dating or living with some one else when Nola went to the swift boys house her best best friend was well not talking to her and for some reason he was mad at her when Nola went to his room she tried to talk to him but he did not talk back to her and also his room was very dirty the boy got mad and pused Nola out of the room and shut the door on Nola's face right in FRONT of HER {}SO MEAN{} after all that few days later Nola was in a shop and the boy that was her BEST BEST FRIEND was there with the boys that bullied Nola. Nola went over to her best friend and asked why are you hanging out with them and he said nothing then the buliies started saying stuff to Nola and the lady that works there in the shop told all the boys to go out from the shop

In this book fly guy and fly girl talk about getting married and have kids . but they thought what about their owners liz and buzz they thought lets be friends and they played the day off

ITS INTERESTING BUT ONCE YOU READ IT OVER AND OVER AGIAN IT GETS KIND OF BOARING BUT ITS A GOOD BOOK!

I absolutely love the Willow Falls series. I have read every book so far, including this one. The ending is sad, but completely surprising. Grace isn't in a coma, and the doctor can't seem to figure out what's wrong. Amanda and Leo must travel back to every one of Grace's birthdays and fix a problem. The cool bit is that their appearances change every time they o back in time. One birthday they are blond and tan, the next black hair and dark skin. They certainly go on an adventure of a lifetime! Plus, Amanda and Leo share a secret _ _ _ _. Read the book to find out it's awesomeness!

11 birthdays is a good book so far. It's a book about a girl named Amanda who's x-best friend, Leo is having a cool birthday party with all these cool things at it while Amanda is having a "Hollywood" themed party with a itchy costume. Unfair! Their birthday party is on the same night and Amanda figures out that she will have to face the feeling that a lot of her friends will leave her party to go to Leo's! At least the next day her birthday ids over, but it seems it starts all over again the next day!

Jessica, a skilled runner, loses her leg in a car accident. She thinks her life is over when she finds out that she needs a prosthetic leg because her life practically is running. Jessica starts to feel exposed, even when she's with her family. People act like she's practically invisible, until she meets Rosa. Rosa is a girl with cerebral palsy in Jessica's math class that everybody overlooks, especially Jessica. They develop a relationship that wasn't there before, because Rosa can see into Jessica's heart. Her family, teammates, and friends try to raise money for Jessica's prosthetic. Jessica wants to cross the finish line, but not by herself; she's taking Rosa with her. This is a really inspiring story. I'm not a runner, and I prefer lounging on the couch reading a book. In my opinion, I'm a very lazy, procrastinating person. This book made me want to just run. I had really high expectations for this book, but Jessica didn't seem to go out of the average girl-type of bubble. Rosa reminded me of Augutus from TFIOS because she had little pieces of paper that had the most memorable quotes ever. Jessica also had a love interest who was particularly annoying. He ignored Jessica before she got a prosthetic, and just magically started caring for Jessica. I mean, who does that?!? Seriously. I was really worried that Jessica and Rosa wouldn't stay friends after a while. This is because when I read books that have supporting characters with a disability, they help the main character and they they disappear as quickly as they were introduced. This bothers me very much, but at least this book didn't do this. It was a very close call. Overall, I would rate this book a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It was about average. Signing off, -ifeelbookish
