This book discusses the hidden secrets behind the food we eat (for example, did you know that most of the food we eat contains ingredients directly made from corn?) Author Micheal Pollan dissects every piece of food to find the truth behind what we eat.

This book is amazing. I am rereading it and I am realizing all over again that this book AWESOME! I will review later after I finish rereading. I'll keep you posted.
