When two kids explore the woods around their summer house they discover a land lost to time. A small village, two old inhabitants, and a gone away lake that is all a testimony of times lost, but as they keep going back their secret becomes harder to keep, and they wonder if they will be able to keep the village untouched by time.... It was an interesting story, and I liked how things were untouched by time. It was pretty cool.

So I read this book as homework unlike the second book and it was soooo boring. Like the second book though, it was very draggy (is that a word? Oh well...) and sssslllllloooooowwww paced. I would NOT read this if I were you unless you want to suffer extreme boredticulus.
