Winter is a baby dolphin who lost her mother. Winter was swimming too close to shore when she got stuck to a crab net. A fishermen saw her and cut her free. However she lost her tail. A doctor made a prosthetic tail so she can swim again. I would tell you the rest but you have to read it to see it.

I liked Winters Tail because in the book it had the actaul pepole who worked with inter Winter insted of the pepole the the movie. Another reason is because they talked about how Winters prostetic tail worked. That is why i liked Winters Tail.
