The clueless, comically self-confident kid detective returns in a sequel to the New York Times bestseller Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made.

"When you lose hope, find it." —Timmy Failure

He doesn’t like to pull rank. To reveal that he’s this guy: Timmy Failure, founder, president, and CEO of the greatest detective agency in town, perhaps the nation. But he is.

And he’s about to crack the biggest case of his generation: a school competition to find a stolen globe. It’s his ticket to bringing home a $500 prize, which is guaranteed to set him up for life. But someone is clearly trying to game the system. Hoodwink. Con. Defraud. So it’s up to Timmy Failure, with the dubious help of Total, his lazy polar-bear partner, and his unlikely new ally, eccentric Great-Aunt Colander, to find a way to avenge these shenanigans. Defeat this injustice.
If he can only get his entry form in on time.

It is a very funny book.

This was a great sequel to a great book. The drawings are so funny and so is the plot. The first book was better, though. I highly recommend this book to any Calvin and Hobbes or Diary of a Wimpy Kid fan.

This book was great I just read it. The goal is to help people when you're down.

From breaking his leg to his friend Rollo's broken watch, Timmy misses the deadline date for the Best Detective in the World contest because of all the stupid mistakes. So he decides to act badly because the deadline date at the school for bad kids is different. But mistakes were made. He is soon sent back to his regular school without sending his answer for the mystery and fails to enter the contest. Meanwhile, Timmy has many new cases, which he must solve with his interesting logic. How will Timmy ever be able to prove that he is the World's best detective? This was a really good book and it was really funny. Timmy is hilarious and his logic is just so unique!! I would recommend this if you liked the diary of a wimpy kid or the Origami Yoda series.

Shenanigans aboard! This funny story is based on the life of the funny student kid detective, and he is running his "detective agency" in a shack. He claims he is the best detective in the nation, and he is sure quite stubborn about it. This is about how Timmy Failure has a chance of his lifetime to expand his agency all the way to Peru. He and his employee, his lazy Polar bear, Total, is on the contest of finding the stolen globe off his principal's desk, and the winner gets 500 dollars. He is confident he will win, but will he? Well, he starts with crazy suspects, and atarts. But the crazy thing is, he never turned in the permission form, that permits him to investigate this mystery. Sheneanigins left and right!
