This was probably the best book in the whole series! I love this book! I recommend everybody to read this book!

M.T In the beginning of the book Alec Ramsey goes on the Drake (a boat to get to New York) and the boat started to sink and while the boat was sinking, Alec got saved by a huge stallion. The Black(the stallion) brought Alec to a random island. On the island, Alec got the ride of his life! Then a few days later a boat came to save Alec and the Black. Then when Alec and the black got to New York, the Black and another stallion got in a fight. The other stallion was a chestnut color. When Alec got home, ( to his house) he went to his neighbors house and asked if Alec could use their barn. When Ale c's neighbor Henry saw the Black, he knew right away that the Back could race in the match race between Cyclone and Sun Raider. Every morning at 2:00, Henry took the Black and Alec to a track that Henry's friend Jake worked at. Then after a lot of training, Alec, Henry, and the Black went to the match race between Cyclone and Sun Raider in Chicago. When the match race was about to start, Sun Raider kicked the Black and the Black started to bleed. Then when the match race started the Black had to stay behind and then the Black started to race the other horses so that the Black could win. Then the Black won the match race. I would recommend this book to other people.

On Alec's' way to New York the ship drake sink. Then the stallion save Alec by a rope .Then they ended up in a island. After days a boat came to the island and save Alec and the Stallion and took them home. Then there they meet Henry and Henry had a barn to keep the stallion in.After days Henry and Alec found about a match race. Then they trained the black for the race. Finally the big day was here the race. The stallion won the big race. My favorite park was when the stallion won the race because all that hard work payed off.

Alec ramsay gets shipwrecked on a desert island with a Stallion and gets saved after six weeks by a passing ship to Rio and catches a ride to New york and meets a horse jockey that tells him to put the Stallion in the race between the two fastest horses in the U.S and wins. The book is very suspenseful and fun. It would make a good book to read when you're bored. I would recommend this to my friends because it is very action packed but also a good book

It was so long and it not fun and you do not want to teat a week on it and i like some think a bat it the horse saved Alec and they were on a island and at the and he won and one think i like is the horse had a cut on him and he won and one think i do not like is it was so long.

in the begging Alec went on a ship named the drake and he saw a horse that was huge. and later that day Alec was feeding the horse sugar. and later that night the drake was sinking and Alec jumped of. and the horse he was feeding came to save him. and then they went to shore the next day.Alec was making a place to live in and then Alec and the horse were bonding,and then Alec call the hose the black. and there place to live in was burning on fire. and then some people came to see what was going on and the people saved them. in the middle Alec went home and then when Alec road the black he was fast so they tried to get the black in horse racing and some one knew a person that can get him in the race so Alec and black where practiced for a long time. at the end Alec and the black was in the race and the black got in a fight with Cyclone. and the black cached up and people were saying that the black was the fastest horse ever. and then Alec and the black won. and then Alec saw mom and dad and eh was happy.

This book has many settings so a summary of this text would be that Alec and the stallion were both put on a ship and the ship crashed the stallion and Alec survived and landed on an island, they found other people on the island that helped them get to New York. They then met Henry and his wife which allowed them to keep The Black/ the stallion on there land, Henry and Alec decided that The Black should race so they trained him and got him in a big race. The Black won! My opinion is that this book is extremely fascinating. My favorite part of the book is when they are on the island, this my favorite part of the book because it teaches the reader some survival skills and cool objects and food that are found on island's. However I do wish the book could have explained in greater detail how Alec's mother felt about Alec racing.
