My dog once ran away and I thought I lost her for good and missed her so much when I went to look for her. This book is about a fox named pax and a boy named peter. Peter has known Pax ever since he was a kit. But one day Peter's dad enlisted in the military, which leads to him demanding Peter to send his fox back into the forest/wild. Once it's time for Peter's dad to leave he sends Pax out in the forest and Peter to his grandparents' house. There he decides he isn't with who he wants to be and sneaks out to find Pax. Peter had a lot of adventure trying to find him, but so did Pax. My connection to this book is when I lost my dog a had that same feeling of sadness and the only thing I wanted was her so I was determined to get her.

This book is very interesting after reading "Hatchet" and "The River" because all you think about is Brian going to die? Or is Brian going to be rescued. I recommend this book if you like reading about survival.

In Fuzzy Mud, the fiction novel by Louis Sachar, A young girl named Tamaya discovers a strange mud in the woods. This mud leads to many unfortunate events in the town of health cliff. Which was eventually lead into quarantine. Tamaya is a fifth grader who always obeys the rules, This behavior is displayed many times in the book by Sachar. One example of this is when tamayas best friend hope says to a seventh grader “Don’t listen to her, Tamayas a real goody two-shoes.” Sachar 5. Tamaya walks home with marshall, a seventh grader. Marshall has been getting bullied by the new kid, Chad. Who claims to have been expelled from multiple schools. Chad challenges marshall to a fight, and the location is along the route marshall takes with tamaya to walk home. Marshall decides to take a short cut, which leads to the whole town being put in quarantine because of the fuzzy mud. I believe the theme of this book is that the author is trying to shed light upon the fact that so many things are polluting the earth to this day. An example of this is when somebody says to Dr Mark Humbard that the new way to power cars is “clean” and he responds with “Clean energy? Is that what they're calling it? There's nothing clean about it.” Sachar 9. Also the pollution of the earth is affecting us. One example from the book is how the fuzzy mud, that is made from The same new way to power cars, wreaks havoc among health cliff residents. I love this book and would definitely recommend it to other people, Particularly because i never wanted to put it down. It had suspense and horror filled moments, aha and surprising moments, it had everything. . The characters showed a lot of courage and strength. I would mostly recommend this book to people interested in science and/or suspenseful books.

This book is okay but it was also really goofy and fun. The problem with it was that it had no cool facts that had me hooked but overall it was a really interesting book I recommend this book to people who love learning new stuff and grades 3- 6

This is probably my favorite weird but true book of all time.there are so many awesome , funny, and cute facts about animals in here.here is one..snails can regrow their eyes!!!!!😮😮😮and pigs 🐖 can be thought how to plAy simple video games!!that's crazy!and you will find even crazier things in the awesome book!!I recommend to all ages and I rate this book 5/5 stars! thank you for reading my review! -Pizzagirl7😁

Dawn is a total nature advocate! So, when Dawn is assigned to do a project in ecology class, she is super excited. With the help of Stacey, Dawn starts a class for little kids, teaching them the importance of recycling and how to stop pollution. But she's not done! Dawn wants to start a recycle center at the school too. She needs a lot of help but unfortunately, she's frustrating everyone! She's even bossing Stacey and the other BSC girls around. Dawn only meant to do the right thing, but did she maybe step too far? I thought this book was really interesting and fun! I taught the importance of protecting our planet. It also showed the importance of treating people well and teaching that you can't save the planet on your own. I suggest it if you like science, friendship, and babysitting. Happy reading!

Three, two, one, GO! Like in Big Fat Liar, Rafe Khatchadorian's book is in Georgia's hands. She starts off by writing about her egg "throwing" competition, which is basically just throwing eggs off a roof and seeing which one won'y crack. She puts an egg in a box, while her brother, Rafe, puts it in a bunch of bubble-wrap. Her egg fell nicely, and so did Rafe's. However, Rafe's egg shell bounced. And that amazed the entire class, including Georgia's crush, Sam Marks. She is later assigned with a Rube Goldberg machine project, along with a group known as the Princess Patrol, AKA Missy Trillin and her friends. But the one other thing she is looking forwards to is her band, We Stink. When her absolute favorite band, Lulu and the Handbags, is pulling up a competition where the BEST band gets to sing with Lulu, Georgia is determined to win. She puts out websites, a Wikipedia article, an account for every social media platform EVER, and even sang for elementary schools! Her life goes up to the sky when she wins the contest! But it immediately goes down when she falls down the stage of Lulu's concert. Her brother records it, and she goes insanely viral on YouTube. So viral that she even was chosen to be at a parade- to fall down! Then, even MORE troubles come, and her friends are in dojo with her. Will she fight the troubles of her friendship and memes? Or will We Stink finally get its name? Read the book to find out!
