It's really funny and at the same time it teaches you about the American Revolutionary War. I remember that while I was reading it, I had accents for all of the characters. I hope you enjoy this book it's really awesome. Comment if you liked it. P.S Plz follow me.

Rescue on the Oregon Trail (Ranger in Time #1)

Rescue on the Oregon Trail (Ranger in Time #1)

By Kate Messner, Kelley McMorris

Ranger in Time Rescue on the Oregon Trail, by Kate Messner, tells that even if you might digress in practice, when a real emergency comes, you might be focused and do your job well. Ranger, a dog, during his training sessions always got distracted by squirrels. Ranger had found a small old box, and it magically transported him to 1850, when Sam Abbot and his parents and sisters were leaving to go on the Oregon Trail in Missouri. Along the way, there are many problems, such as Sam’s friend, Sarah, losing her parents because of an infection, almost getting run over by a bull stampede, and the strong currents of the Snake River. Sam’s uncle and aunt had moved to Oregon some time earlier, and now Sam’s parents and their children were moving to that same place because of the rich farmland they had heard of. Ranger had helped a lot to save Sam and his friends and family on the trail by saving them from the bull stampede and the Snake River, and with the small old box he had found, he time-traveled back to the place he discovered the box. I recommend this adventure book for boys, grades third to sixth.

They are the best of friends, but Lynn is the older sister, and their is a mutual agreement that she is in charge. The Lilac Tunnel: My Journey with Samantha (American Girl Beforever Journey)

The Lilac Tunnel: My Journey with Samantha (American Girl Beforever Journey)

By Erin Falligant

This was a pretty awesome book out there especially if you like American Girl Dolls or book. Meet Samantha, you basically control what she does... to me that's pretty cool... you choose the fate and the book basically tells you what page to turn... YOU CONTROL SAMANTHA'S LIFE AND FUTURE... to me I always loved reading those types of books(controlling the fate and decisions), but sometimes I don't like these types of books, because sometimes the author has a hard time controlling the next events or for the future... but for this book the author did a fine job, making it easier to understand. DO you know what's going to happen to Samantha's fate, well it's up to you to read it and make Samantha's decision for her. Overall it's a fun easy book to control fate, and you should READ IT!

Wolf Hollow

Wolf Hollow

This was definitely a book that I could NOT put down. It continued to shock me. Every time I thought that Betty's bullying toward Annabelle couldn't get any worse, I would realize how wrong I was. I had such mixed emotions about Betty. I wanted her to face the consequences for the horrible things that she did, but once she faced them I quickly ate my words. It made me think twice about wishing revenge on others despite how awful they may be. Annabelle taught me a lot about what it means to stand up for yourself and how to be brave without hurting others in the process. Through all of the intense bullying by Betty, Annabelle grew and became an even stronger person than she was in the beginning. You really should read this book. It will send you on an emotional roller coaster and will stick with you long after you finish reading.

A Picture of Freedom: The Diary of Clotee, a Slave Girl, Belmont Plantation, Virginia 1859 (Dear America Series )

By Patricia C. McKissack, Pat McKissack

So far, I'm loving this book! The girl in the book writes below an oak tree. She's trying her best to make sure no one figures out of her writing. Slaves in the day weren't supposed to know how to read or write, at least, where she's at for sure. Her name is Clotee. Slavery is such a terrible thing but reading books like these ones, which are historical fiction, teach you so much about history and just in general. It also gives you a peek into the harsh parts of the past and real things that happen. It blows my mind that these are real things that at one point happened or existed! Slavery is just no good. This book is amazing though, truly. I very much would say you should check out this book. I still haven't finished it but it's already so amazing! Dear America books are some of my top favorites for sure.
