This was a very good looking book I want it soooooo bad.
City of Heavenly Fire (The Mortal Instruments)
By Cassandra Clare
This is the last book of the series that i fell in love with, and it's also the best one. The answers from Sebastian are all answered and everything became so clear. Jace, Clary, Isabelle, and Alec all came together and formed a little clan to fight Sebastian. This book is full of excitement, but also sadness due to the heartbreaking moments. My favotire character is now Alec because he is Jace's parabatai (bonded friendship), they were so close together, and it's really amazing to see how they would safrifice themselves for each other. It also made me realize who my parabatai in real life is. The most exciting and unbielieveable part in this book is it's ending. I might have guessed the ending but it wasn't what i expected. It might have been the saddest happy ending ever. At last, I would of course recommend this book/series to people who love books that involes supernatural creatures and adventures so exciting.
Glass Sword (Red Queen)
By Victoria Aveyard
To my disappointment, Glass Sword did not live up to my expectations at all. Its predecessor, Red Queen, was enthralling and left my vying for more, but this is not the sequel for me. First of all, most of the beginning and middle of the book consists of Mare wrangling with her emotions. She doesn't do much except for think about things like "Oh, I wonder how Cal's shaping up," and "How do I betray Maven," even though she literally does nothing half of the time. Also, as Mare and the other Reds venture through the kingdom, the book has a knack of going into long descriptions about their surroundings - which might seem essential, but it's a real drag. Most of the time, Mare is indecisive, reckless, and completely over her head. It makes me really uncomfortable even to read the story from her perspective. And the ending could rival even that of the first book, but by that time, it was too late; I was bored out of my mind. It took a lot out of me even to make it to the end, so dreadful was the writing. All in all, if you want to read about a protagonist stuck in her head most of the time, barely any humor, rather badly-developed characters (Kilorn was the worst; reading his character pained me physically), and you don't mind slow-paced writing, then go ahead and read this. But Glass Sword personally disappointed me and eradicated any prospects of reading King's Cage. Victoria, I love you, but you've plateaued!
King's Cage (Red Queen)
By Victoria Aveyard
This book is apart of the Red Queen series. Mare Barrow sacrificed herself so Cal and Kilorn could escape. Maven has taken her as his prisoner. Mare now has to play a role she is not again, and she has to place blame on the Scarlet Guard. However, she is determined to escape this cage. Overall, I enjoyed this book although the plot tended to be slow at times. You may as well read this if you are interested in knowing what happens by the end of the series. I recommend this book to people who are interested in dystopian novels, or people who are interested in The Selection series. I rate this 5/5.
The Host
By Stephenie Meyer
I thought this was a great book about true friendship, love and courage. A lot of people are quite prejudice about Stephanie Meyer because they don't like the twilight films. personally I think her writing is very good. If you like romantic stories with a bit of action in it I would recommend this book

I Am Number Four (Lorien Legacies, Book 1)
By Pittacus Lore
"I am Number Four" is an action packed thrill ride that keeps you on the edge of you're seat at all times! I had watched the movie, so I decided that I wanted to read the book. And man, this is one of my favorite books I've ever read. It connects with the reader, and drags them into the world of Number Four and the Lorics. You begin to understand Four's situation, and why he's on Earth running from the Mogodorians. While he's on Earth, he starts to make new friends, such as Sarah and Sam. As John (Four) starts school, he comes in conflict with the school bully, Mark James. Mark gives John a hard time while he's at school, until he goes to far. John had it, so he told Mark to never cross him or his friends ever again. Near the end of the book, Mark, along with Sarah and Sam, discover John's ability. They decide to help him out, and they eventually meet number six, who helps them with their fight against the evil Mogodorians. After all, this book is amazing, and I couldn't put it down. It was absolutely Incredible in every way. I totally recommend this book to whoever's looking for a good friend.
Before I Fall
By Lauren Oliver
Reading through Samantha's last day over and over again, it's heartbreaking how Samantha was struggling through the last day of her life. I really love how the author shaped the character, Samantha has everything any high school girl wanted, she looks beautiful, she's popular, she has a perfect boyfriend that everyone admired. However, on a Friday, February 12th, the last day of her life. Samantha is my favorite character, throughout the story, she had relived for seven times, she started to realize what she had done wrong, and she was given the chance to right the wrong and to improve herself and be a better person, thinking not only herself also the people around her. The author put a lot of thought into this novel, while reader were reading, they can easily relate the story, and follow the character's emotion, laugh when Samantha is laughing, cry and Samantha is crying. I highly recommended this book to teenage girls or boys, people who studying in high school, and who love romance.
