This book, "The Hero Two Doors Down'' is based on the true story of eight year old Steven Satlow and his hero Jackie Robinson in 1948. Steven heard a rumor that an African family was moving into a jewish neighborhood, the one he lived in. All Steven's neighbors were against it, because they didn't want an African family in their neighborhood, or in other words, they cared about race. It so happens that Stevens hero, Jackie Robinson moved in two doors down from him. This book is so cool and one of the best books I've ever read!

Veronica Beatrice Lockhart, known as just Sally. It`s the year of 1881, and unlike any other Victorian women in England, Sally is independent woman along with her toddler daughter, Harriet. The man who Sally loved, Frederick Garland, was killed due to the fire while Sally is pregnant with Harriet. Sally`s friends, Jim, Webster, and Charles all were in South America, taking pictures. She is good friends to her nurse, Sarah-Jane, and a house-maid named Ellie. But one day when Sally got news that said that one man, Arthur Parrish is suing her for divorce which Sally didn`t. That caused Sally and Harriet to escape their home to hide from Parrish and his gang. Despite that event, Sally met a journalist, Daniel Goldberg, who Sally has married to in the ending of the book. Bridie Sullivan, Jonathan Mendel who is also known as Kid were with Harriet when she went missing. That`s part of the book but I wouldn`t want to spoil the whole book for you guys but I would def recommend this book! - Happy Reading!

This was the perfect ending to the perfect series!! The Penderwicks are funny, smart, sporty, and above all, loving. These have something for everyone. They taught me lots of things. Rosalind taught me to be selfless and caring. Skye taught me to speak your mind and NEVER compromise. Jane taught me to be whimsical and to learn from your mistakes. Batty taught me to be true to yourself, no matter who you are. Ben taught me to follow your heart, even when it points you in odd directions. Lydia taught me never to walk when you can dance. I will never tire of them. Ever. It broke my heart when it ended, even if it DID end well... - sirireads

The Tiger Rising is another terrific and suspenseful novel by Kate DiCamillo. It's about Rob, a boy who's mother just died. He's the 2 bully's victim. And all of his sadness is locked up. Then, he meets Sistine Bailey a girl how's hurt and very complicated. But she doesn't know she's going to get bullied too. But Sistine kicks and punches and fights back. Her parents just broke up. At first, I thought she was a brat and mean. But she just needs a friend. Rob and Sistine become friends but not in a "click." But slowly they become friends. Then, they meet a tiger that's locked up. But why? Who did it? A true story of friendship is learned in this excellent novel.

The last book of this epic series ends with a bang, since everything in the past 4 books has been leading up to this! Collins ends this bittersweet book with a goodbye Gregor will never forget. It is an amazing series! I don't recommend this to any romantic haters.

Carole Hanson, a 13 or 14 years old girl, who has a natural riding ability who loves one stallion named Cobalt who has owned by one girl, who Carole doesn`t like, Veronica di Angelo. Veronica is a snobby but careless girl. One day when Veronica was just practicing jumping with her horse, Cobalt, when all of the sudden, both of Cobalt and Veronica fell but Veronica was injured pretty badly but got better but for Cobalt, it`s costed him his life so he died. Despite the death of Cobalt`s, Carole announced that she would quit the riding so her friends, Elizabeth "Lisa" Atwood and Stephanie "Stevie" Lake decided that they should to try conceive Carole to get back riding with them. That`s one part of the book but I wouldn`t want to spoil entire book for you guys but still I would def recommend that book! - Happy Reading!

The book is called The Truth About Magic, and obviously, it is about magic. Brystal discovers that she is actually a fairy! In a matter of days, Brystal is sent to the Bootstrap Correctional Facility for Young Women. The facility "cures" fairies by making them do chores like digging holes in the ground and making shoes.One day, a strange fairy named Madame Weatherberry visits the facility. To her astonishment, Madame Weatherberry chooses Brystall for a school or fairies. Brystal learns how to use her powers. But in the end, how will they show the public that fairies are good? I liked this book because it had a twist at the end that I wasn't expecting. This book is great for people who like fantasy.

Insignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus by Dusti Bowling is a really great book to read if you like mischief, drama, and mystery. It is about a girl named Aven, who was born without arms. Her parents get a job in Arizona running a theme park. Aven has to leave her old life behind and learn how to adjust to her school and people there. But then she meets a classmate named Connor who has a disability too, and together they discover a bigger secret than they can imagine

The series was really cool! Imagine a world where all your everyday creatures are oversized. That is what the UNDERWORLD is like in Gregor's land. He must venture out into the world and save Regalia, which is like Rome but a lot more modern, and dark. Collins wrote a book nothing like the hunger games, and I think all of the Collins fans out there should read it!
