The sisters travel south to Alabama to visit their grandmother, and their great grandmother. They learn the truth about their family, and they learn the value of family too. i mean they should have considering that Vonnetta almost died in a tornado, and that they learned a detailed story of their entire family tree from two different perspectives.

Thoss book sounds like it has a good plot I also love graphic novels so I thinkj it will be a enjoyable read for me.

Ben is staying in Japan in a town called Shogahama. It's where Ben's dad grew up. His parents announced they would be going on the trip but a few months after the announcement his father died in a car accident. Now they are going the trip without him and are going to stay with an Ojisan (uncle in Japanese) one day in the trip there's an earthquake that last for 5 minutes! (That's actually a long time.) Later they find out is had a magnitude of 9.03. Will Ben and his family survive the fourth-largest earthquake ever recorded in history and will they survive the deadly tsunami that follows after? I like how it is about how children are scared to grow up. sometimes and sometimes want to grow up faster.

Another great read by Stacey Lee!! Her words are amazing, and true, and somewhat (how to I put this?) not for immature readers. Personally, I was not bothered, but for the more sensitive reader, you may want to rethink. On another note, I found this book empowering and with just enough romance to satisfy (Oh who am I kidding? There is NEVER enough romance!! I think I found a new fictional Matt!! Sorry peeps inside joke!) Anyhow, READ THIS BOOK!! Oh and please follow me!! -sirireads

I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!it has instesting parts and funny ones but the most ones i like are when betty betrayed her biograly mother because she wants her real mother and not a fake one im also glad that her neighbor adpoted her to give her the best life she wants.betty has 2 brothers and 3 sisters so HARD to live with!!!!!she has a very hard time not trying to think of ur mother.i would be super duper sad to had a boigly mom i love my mom and she is mine and perfect!!!!LOVE U MOMMY AND DADDY!!!!OXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX!

This book was written by Jackie Robinson’s daughter. (Jackie Robinson was the first to break the color barrier in baseball) this is an amazing book to read to get the under standing of what it was like to be black and in that time . A MUST READ!!

This book is amazing, It is really an emotional rollercoaster. You began with this 8th grader called Douglas (He is referenced as "Doug" or "Douggo") moving to a new town called Marysville. He finds himself talking to a girl who happened to be Lilian Spicer or Lil for short. Her dad is the owner of a store with a delivery service and Doug gets the job. He soon goes to the library and meets Mr.Powell, a librarian. Mr.Powell brings out Doug's interest in drawing and soon Doug uncovers a big mystery. This Book is really good, It's like a mystery, drama, comedy, and love novel all in one. I really recommend this book for people who are going through some issues because this book helped me out with mine. I don't know how, but it did.

This is a great book! I picked it up in my classroom library mainly because I'm Jewish and wanted to learn about my past. It can be sad and dark at times so if you are someone who likes sunshiney books this one may not be for you. There are lots of plot twists making the book impossible to put down! Please read this if you want to learn more about the holocaust or are just looking for a good book.

This book is really good it's about Winnie Swift and her family who are living in the great depression it mentions how people lived in the great depression and how some people had to live back in the great depression and how difficult it was to not have very much money or good food.The people in her family are her,Willie Faye,mama,lady,Ozzie,Clem and *papa *you will now why I he has a little dot of you read the book.
