Sarah Revere, daughter to a famous Patriot Paul Revere during the American Revolutionary War against Britain in 1775-83. Sarah was thirteen at that time, and her life during the war was very sad but touching. The overlooked historical figure, Dr. Joseph Warren who was friends with the Reveres, but got killed in the ending of the book. Sarah's step-mother, Rachel Walker who was nice woman, listening to the children (16 children from Paul Revere's previous marriage with Sarah Orne and few with Rachel Walker), more than Sarah grandmother, Grandma Revere. Her father, Paul, who often away from home, doing the dangerous missions. I really enjoyed this book, learning even more that I don't know about. - Happy Reading!

John and Margaret Begbie, and their family had their family picnic at Black Forest in Germany, and after eating meal, their parents were sleeping. Both John and Margaret heard the man weeping bitterly so they decided to go and explore the woods, and turns out that they had travelled time way back in 14th century, 1348. Back then, people in 1348 doesn't even speak German, only sounds almost like English of what both John and Margaret call, "dream language". During their visit, they had met a man who is eventually werewolf, who is weeping in the ending of the book. But overall, it's pretty good book to read. - Happy Reading!

Lifeboat 12 is a book about Ken and his dad, sister, and step mom. He's going to Canada to get out of world war ll. Three days into the trip he and 19 boys and girls get torpedoed. He runs to his lifeboat but forgot his coat so he runs back to his bunk and grabs his coat but his lifeboat left without him so he joins lifeboat 12. They had two weeks until they got to Ireland. They saw a plane and a boat but one plane saw them and saved them. Then when they got back to land no one in his family was there to bring him home so one of the people in lifeboat 12 brought him to a gas station and his dad was there to bring him home.

Silver War on Sunday by Marry Pope Osborne. It tells about a boy and a girl named Jake and Annie. Who went on a magic tree house bake to the silver War. There they saw tents they went down by the tents and meet a nurse named Clara Barton. She asked Annie and Jake to help the wounded solders. Jake and Annie were brave an saved many solders life.

Audra knows her parents are up to something. So, when her parents are debating something important about telling Audra something, she wishes to know what. The Russian Cossack have banned Lithuanian books, religion, culture, and the language. This makes a ton of people who live in Lithuania annoyed. You would get into big trouble if you were caught speaking Lithuanian or practicing the religion. Audra is even more confused when an angry crowd of Russian Cossack soldiers appear at their door. Her dad motions for Audra and Audra’s mother to flee while he stalls them. Soon Audra’s mother and father can’t go on. In a hurry, they hand her an important package, that Audra has no idea what's inside, and tell her to run. This means abandoning her parents to a terrible, horrible, tragic fate. Meaning the Russian soldiers will do what they like with them. That never means something good. Audra runs for it though, figuring if she doesn’t get caught too, she can figure out a way to save her parents. She joins a secret group of book smugglers and learns how books are more that just words. But will she give it up to save her parents?

Oscar Starling was an 11 year old boy who never wanted to go to Chicago. When he was at his farm in Castle a few years ago his dad died in a blizzard. But since that happened things have changed. His mom married another man named Mr. Morrow, he was an artist in Chicago. When he was there he painted a picture of the farm. When he and they left Castle they went to Chicago. At the train station there the suitcases were taken by a girl. Oscar followed her to her house from the Palmer House Hotel. At her house embers were flying everywhere making new fires.

Who was Martin Luther King jr? You may ask. Here I'll tell you. He was a black man who wanted ALL people to have FAIR rights. But he was special he fought peacefully! Like in Boycotts and in Speeches he still didn't get what he wanted until he died. Sad right? Later on in his life he won the Noble Peace Prize for fighting peacefully! Martin Luther King Jr is a hero. Martin's famous speech ( You most likely Know the Name!) I Have a Dream. This was one of my favorite books! I read this book for school, and I loved it. It is about the Chernobyl incident and ww2. I love the character development and how sweet it is

This book is about a girl named Anne Frank. During the world war || Anne and her family are trying to hide from a very terrible person named Hittler. For some crazy reason he hated the Jews and wanted to kill all of them. Anne and her family were Jewish. During the time of war Anne writes in her diary. Sadly when her dad had to go help fight in the war Anne and her mom and sister stayed home. When Anne's dad returned, he found Anne her sister and her mom dead on the floor. If you want to find out more about Anne Frank and the amazing historical book you'll need to read this book.
