Challenged by his fear and despair -- and plagued with the weight of a dreadful secret he's been keeping since his parent's divorce -- brian must tame his inner demons in order to survive. It will take all his know-how and determination, and more courage than he knew he possessed.

Dear fellow readers, The book Hatchet is about a thirteen-year old named Brian. He is flying on a plane to visit his farther, but little did he know that the universe had other plans in store for him. After his plane crashed in a forest, due to a tragic event, Brian (a city boy) is now being tested on his survival skills. In my opinion, Hatchet is one of the best stories that have ever been written. Will this city boy be able to survive in an unfamiliar and unknown enviorment?

His parents got divorced because of "The Secret" which also led to other events. I would definitely recommend this book if you enjoy adventures and plot twists.
