Three bears...one future. This amazing book is told from different points of view, and depicts the world of three bears. I think there are many things both we and the main characters can learn from this book! Lusa: Ever since she was born, Lusa has lived in captivity. The young black bear doesn’t know what the world outside her cage looks like—but she doesn’t mind...most of the time. With family, friends, and all the food she could eat, her life is good. Except for one thing: She has often wondered what it would be like to live in the wild, fending for herself...and there is something inside her that tells her to leave everything she has ever known, and go into the wilderness. Then, Lusa meets a brown bear named Oka, who tells her to escape and deliver a message to her son, Toklo. But how will she do it? Escaping seems impossible. And she must have what it takes to leave. Toklo: Toklo’s cubhood has always been turbulent—but it gets even harder now. Alone, lost, and wandering, his only companion is a shape-shifting brown bear named Ujurak, who knows where they should go next. His mother left him a long time ago, but Toklo doesn’t know where she went. His brother had also died, and he has been grieving ever since. Moving on from the past is hard—and facing the future is even harder! Can he do it? The answer is closer than he thought. But then, his life is changed. He must travel through the distant, snow-covered land, all in search of a place where he will find answers to his biggest questions. Kallik: A young polar bear cub named Kallik and her brother, Taquiq, live in a cozy den with their mother. They have always been happy and safe, with a place that’s all to themselves. But both of them want to explore the world outside their den...and when they sneak out one day, Kallik is separated from Taquiq and thrust into a fight for survival. And when her mother goes missing, she doesn’t know what to do. Her life is at stake. She must survive. Can the bears follow their destiny? Read this book to find out!

I just got this book and all I can say is, I LOVE THIS BOOK.

for the people who love polar bears, and grizzlies

I wish to read this after Wings of fire and when I'm finished with Warriors. I have heard it is ok. But I have also heard that survivors are terrible. I think I will read the first book to see if it is good in spare time...😸

I have read survivors. But I like this book way way way more.

There are many lessons that each and every character learned in Seekers The Quest Begins. Kalik the bear lesson was to keep pushing through life even though it is hard. Lusa the bear lesson was that is easier to live with the humans than living out in the wild.Toklo the bear lesson was that it is hard to live without having a brother that Toklo used to play with. It also affects his life because he is sad all the time cause his brother is dead. Toklo`s brother is dead because when Toklo, his brother and mom were going to the “Great Bear Lake” Toklo`s brother was not feeling good and his eyes were foggy. The next day Toklo`s brother did not wake up. I would give this book a "8 out of 10" because it is a book about bears and it is funny, a little bit scary and it makes your adrenaline rise.I would would recommend this book to people who like animals and the circle of life. If there was one unanswered question it will be "How long did burn sky last and how hot did it get during burn sky." marvelous
