I think that the over consumption of food and drinks on super bowl sunday stated in the article is kind of silly. After all, even if it is a big day, that isn't just an excuse to eat everything and get sick, and maybe get overweight, et cetera. This could cause problems like if people become sick, they won't be able to go to their jobs, or win money, and if they ate all their food they then have nothing to eat. Also, even if they have extra money maybe since all the places where they buy food are sold out from yesterday, and then even if they didn't become sick they can't buy anything or have to waste a lot of fuel to go somewhere (using a car). the super bowl can also cause other problems, so I haven't even started explaining what it could do.
