I'm a huge dork. I mean, a SERIOUSLY huge dork. Ever since I got into superhero movies (the recent Spiderman movies were the first ones that I saw), I have realized that the Marvel franchise is setting the bar high for their films. And this movie definitely raised that bar! I won't say anything else, as to avoid spoilers and such - I have problems with closing my mouth before main plot points come out. But anyway, even if you're not as much of a fan of superheroes as I am, this movie is still great!
This book has a beautiful cover and a cool subject for its plot. I won't go any further into detail as I don't want to spoil anything, but I really liked it! However, I don't think that younger kids (as in 6th grade and younger) should read this book because there is one scene in here that is not appropriate. It's a good read, though!
This is literally one of my favorite book series of all time, if not my favorite! It is set in the future and follows the lives of June, the Republic's favorite prodigy, and Day, the Republic's most wanted criminal. I may or may not have had a crush on Day... But don't judge! The characters are very fleshed out due to Marie Lu's amazing writing ability. It is a great series and you should definitely read it!
I really enjoyed this book! It's about two teens with seemingly different lives who meet by chance due to them both having cancer. It's not appropriate for kids in sixth grade and younger, however. But if you do decide to read it, I hope you enjoy!
