This book is creative. It is also a little interesting. It is about a 13-year old boy who is a klutz. He finds out he has a special talent after he gets a package of strange sands(yes, sands) for a birthday present. He meets other people with strange talents like his. One of the weird people that he meets is his grandfather. His grandfather is a little crazy and somehow convinces Alcatraz that he lives in a world controlle d by evil librarians. They go on a somewhat wild adventure after the sands that he got for his birthday get stolen by the librarians. Overall, this book is a cool but somewhat confusing. This book, you should definitely read. It is amazing. It is about a kid named Henry York. In the beginning of the book, he was struck by lightning because he was holding a dandelion. This caused a whole series of events to occur including the cause of his blindness. Now Henry lays paralyzed on his bed. He decides to travel to different worlds that can be accessed through cupboards on his wall. Before he can succeed at this, he gets dragged away to another cupboard. Here he is told that he is not from his seemingly hometown. He is brutally claimed by a witch, named Darius. There is a lot of detail that I do not have time to tell you about. I will not spoil the ending. But if you decide to skip the first book to read this one, I guarantee that you will be completely lost.

Hi! If you love unfortunate, uncontrollable stories, this is the book for you. Although this book is fairly short to more avid readers, it is filled with a lot of detail. It's about 3 children who lead " unfortunate " lives. Because their parent s dies in a fire, the will of their parents states that they should live with their closest relative. This means they move in with a second cousin,three times removchildrens name is Count Olaf. In the children's eyes, he is a cruel, heartless man only in for the three children's fortune. Because the oldest girl does not agree to marry him, Count Olaf traps the youngest, who is still an infant, in case on the tower of the broken down mansion. In order to save her, the oldest decided to agree to Count Olaf and marry him. She is still in her early teens. During the wedding ceremony, she tricks him. Sorry about the cliff hanger, but now you have to read the book to figure out the rest.
