On a foggy night in Amsterdam, a man falls from a rooftop to the wet pavement below. It's Alfie McQuinn, the notorious cat burglar, and he's dying. As sirens wail in the distance, Alfie manages to get out two last words to his young son, March: "Find jewels."

But March learns that his father is not talking about a stash of loot. He's talking about Jules, the twin sister March never knew he had. No sooner than the two find each other, they're picked up by the police and sent to the world's worst orphanage. It's not prison, but it feels like it.

March and Jules have no intention of staying put. They know their father's business inside and out, and they're tired of being pushed around. Just one good heist, and they'll live the life of riches and freedom most kids only dream about.

Watch out! There are wild kids on the loose and a crime spree coming . . .

This book was good - not mind blowing, but still good. It was fun to see all the ways the kids creatively became criminals and the looming threat that overshadowed the entire book made for a lot more suspense. very intriguing.

I would have given this book five stars but it keeps coming back to how his dad died . other then that it was like a spy-theif movie , but a book . but I think is was a really good book.

Hi, it's me again. I read this book last term and thought that it was really exciting. It's about a boy named March who's dad dies in a robbery but tells him to find his twin sister Jules before he dies. When March finds her the are caught by the police but escape and want to steal there fortune. This book is a great mystery thriller and I think any young teenager and maybe primary schooler would dealing like it if the've got a sense of adventure. I'd definitely give this book 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like loot so far here's a little about it. On a foggy night in Amsterdam, a man falls from a rooftop to the wet pavement below. It's Archibald McQuinn, the notorious cat burglar, and he's dying. As sirens wail in the distance, Archie manages to get out two last words to his young son, March: "Find jewels." But March learns that his father is not talking about hidden loot. He's talking about Jules, the twin sister March never knew he had. No sooner than the two find each other, they're picked up by the police and sent to the world's worst orphanage. It's not hard time, but it feels like it. March and Jules have no intention of staying put. They know their father's business inside and out, and they're tired of being pushed around. Just one good heist, and they'll live the life of riches and freedom that most kids only dream about...
