Hilarious childhood biographies and full-color illustrations show how George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Barack Obama, and other presidents-to-be faced kid-sized problems growing up in America.

Every president started out as a kid! Forget the legends, tall tales, and historic achievements—before they were presidents, the future leaders of the United States had regular-kid problems just like you. John F. Kennedy hated his big brother. Lyndon Johnson pulled pranks in class. Barack Obama was bothered by bullies. And Bill Clinton was crazy clumsy (he once broke his leg jumping rope). Kid Presidents tells all of their stories and more with full-color cartoon illustrations on every page. History has never been this much fun!

This book is an inspiration to me because it showed how even the most important people in our history were just normal people like us. I recommend this book to everyone.

It was interesting and it was funny. It tells you what is true and false about George Washington. Some of the presidents did funny things and one brought a gun to school! They did some things you wouldn't expect presidents to do, especially as kids.

This book is amazing! It shows how even Presidents of America were just ordinary kids before and had an ordinary childhood. This shows how every one starts by being normal and achieves something by their own will. This book is an inspiration to all the kids out there

I think it was pretty cool seeing the presidents as kids or when they were young. It turned out they were just random kids how turned to become presidents. And some of the things they did were really funny.

i think the presidents are pretty boring in school. why do we need to know these guys? arent the important ones the one in office and whos comming next. my mom says i have to pay attention so im ready when i can vote myself. but this book had lots of neat facts that i dont get to learn in school. and theres alot of the same in who we vote for and pattererns . i have learned i dont want to be president. i want to be in congress.
