This book is amazing! It has to be one of my favorite American Girl books along with McKenna and Chrissa, I relate to this book so much, for example I am a ballet dancer and I love fashion design. Laurence Yep did a great job on this book and he is such a great author. Overall I give this book a 10.

In Designs by Isabelle, Isabelle dances in the nutcracker. That book is meant to be read after Isabelle is read.

It is the best book ever. Isabelle thinks she isn't as good as the other ballet dancers, Renata picks on her and calls her Dizzy Izzy, the Autumn Festival is fine, and then Isabelle gets selected for the Nutcracker

I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D XD

I loved this book so so so so so much!!!!!! It is a great realistic fiction story. It is about a girl named isabelle who does dance and fears she's not as good as the other dancers. I think this book is meant for girls more than boys because the two main characters are girls.I think the message in this story is '' never give up''. I hope you like it!!!!!!!!!
