Three things I have learned is that Octopus can see with there skin, they open up to do camouflage and, they have been known to use coconut shells as home or armor. I did not know about the armor and how they can change there skin for camouflage. Why are people doing so much research on these creatures?

I learned that British Egyptologist Dr. Nicholas Reeves thinks Queen Nefertiti might be buried in King Tut's tomb. I learned that King Tut's tomb is smaller than most kings and it was layed out like Queens not Pharaohs. I was interested to learn that they could use radar to look into the ground to see through the bedrock and that it would take many more years to figure out if he is right. I wonder it it's true??

Luxor or the Valley of Kings

I learned that six people are living in a dome in Hawaii for a year. They are doing this to see if people could live together for that long in a very small space like what would happen if we sent people to Mars. I was interested to see the space they would live in and the food they would eat. I wonder what kind of conflicts there might be.

I learned that the octopus sometimes uses coconuts for a mobile home and that they can disable their suckers to keep from getting tangled up. I also learned their skin has a protein like eyes that help them see and change colors. I was interested in how they camouflage themselves for protection and how other mollusks can do the same. I wonder how smart an octopus is.

I learned that salt water and fresh water had different effects on Robbie's bike. I also learned that he had a whole team to help him accomplish his goal and it took them two years of planning and practice. I was interested to learn about how he got himself into and out of the water on barges. I was also interested in the fact that he was a surfer and this helped him when he crashed. I wonder what crazy stunt Robie will try next!

Three thing that I have learned is that Robbie Maddison is good at what he does, He was so determined to do that such an amazing trick and, he had to get a huge launch pad. Two thing that I really liked was how fast he could go on his bike and, he was so good at what he did. The one thing that I have to ask is how did he know what to do when the wave came?
