Red is the neighborhood wishtree. Every May 1st people adorn Red with pieces of paper tied with a string, pieces of fabric, anything with a wish written on it. When a new family moves into the neighborhood people ignore them. Then when the Red is threatened with the word LEAVE written on his bark. The animals that live inside of him get nervous and is going to be cut down it's up to new friends Stephen and Samar to save Red. Will they succeed? Or will Red be doomed?

Rump is just your average 12 year old boy. He was raised by his grandmother and isn't exactly wealthy. One day Rump finds a spinning wheel. When he tries he finds out that he spins straw into gold thread his friend Red Riding Hood warns him it could be dangerous. Then the greedy king finds out and he thinks the miller's daughter did it. He promises her marriage is she spins her more golden thread. Rump soon finds out that every time he spins straw it gets him deeper into the curse.To break it he must go on a dangerous quest. Will he be stuck in the curse forever or will he become free?

Did everyone have a good 4th Of July?

When 4 orphans who are running away from there grandfather in worry he might be mean, find an old boxcar, The Adventure begins! They use whatever they can find as anything they need and go on adventures surrounding the old boxcar. they work jobs to earn money for things that can not be found in the woods. As they make new friends the boxcar becomes there home they have an amazing time. I recommend this book to anyone who loves adventures, and family.

I would love to have this book because love adventure and mystery. I would love too add this to my book collection and think this would be a good summer read! And this book sounds excitingly amazing too me.
