This is so amazing. There are bad people in the world, but this shows that there good, caring people in the world, too. I love seeing such good things happen. In fact, our class is doing a donation to a local humane society. Our class thought of this idea before we read this article. We are so inspired. This shows that kids can make a difference, too. Our fifth grade class would like to say the following to our veterans: Thank you for protecting us before we were even born. Thank you for serving in the military so we can be a free country. My great grandpa fought in a war and he got captured for ten years. My grandpa and his mom thought he was dead. Ten years later he comes back. True war hero. He's dead now, but I thank my dad, grandpa. great gradfathers and so on. Thank you
