This is something that I believe that it should come to America, because most of us gotta admit(EVEN ME), we don't get enough sleep at all(Me, by like 2 1/2 hours-3 hours sometimes even 4 hours missed ughh). So, I also saw in this book yearsss ago, that sleeping does burn calories, but not really much(maybe 100 per 45 minutes, if you are 75 pounds, or what i found with a bit of research "During sleep, a person's weight and the number of hours he/she sleeps determine how many calories are burned. Normally, a person burns about 0.42 calories for every pound in one hour of sleep. For instance, a 150 lb. person burns about 63 calories in one hour."). From that, I really know that sleep can hurt my life and school since I got B's not doing homework and staying up late and blasting some music. Also, really I've seen sleepy people, and really when I see that you can burn calories, it's suitable for a gym saying easily. In conclusion, if there is something that can burn calories, it technically gym suitable.
