This book was un-thrilling. It was not necessarily an "average" tale but there was no cliff hangers or action. Don't get me wrong, Kate DiCamillo is one of my favorite authors. She is extraordinary as an author but honestly this book kind of bored me.

Interesting book. The characters and story still lingers with me, i am still thinking about this book having read it over a year ago! It is kind of a weird story but whatever, it's still really good.

This book was amazing! I wish the main character, Charlie, were real so he could be my best friend ever! This book brought up a bunch of real life subjects that, at times, were hard to take. It's the heart-breaking tale of growing up and learning how to get by.
