I just started learning about the science of the brain and how it develops. It is very interesting.Over 8 years agomimibell wants to read this book.
Over 8 years agomimibell's book review was featured in Warren the 13th and The All-Seeing Eye: A Novel.
Warren The 13th and The All Seeing-Eye is a mystery/fantasy about a young boy who's name is Warren. I thought 256 pages was long but it went by super fast; I couldn't put the book down. I read for two hour straight. There are many interesting and puzzle-like illustrations that really showed how the characters live and what life was like for Warren, the main character. The more you read the more you become interested. The story takes place in an old, abandoned hotel. Warren the 13th is an Orphan whose father died. When Warren turns 18 he can finally own the hotel. Unfortunately for Warren, he is younger than that, so his fat and lazy Uncle Rupert and Rupert’s “loving” aunt become caretakers. But his Aunt Annaconda married Rupert just for the treasure (the all seeing-eye). Aunt Annaconda: The perfect wife to her dear husband Rupert, but with Warren she is a devilish witch. She is so mean she even made poor Warren sleep in the a boiler room. She really has only married Rupert for the treasure (All Seeing-Eye). The major conflict is that Warren and Annaconda are trying to get the mysterious object. We don't know WHAT IT IS and it is a mystery to WHERE IT IS! I really liked this book because it is a cliff hanger within each chapter, so you keep on reading chapter after chapter!! Warning, get cozy before you open the book.Over 8 years agomimibell added a book review.

I would love to win this book because Percy Jackson is a gateway on giving children a reason to read. It is that spark that ignited my passion to read, along with the Harry Potter series. These characters have been with me forever. They have even inspired me to take archery. So it would be an honor to win this book.Over 8 years ago
