When I first started this book, I didn't have high expectations. But I was entertained and intrigued throughout for the most part. It was nice to see a character who is unlucky, yet very optimistic. Warren the 13th, an orphan who is the bellhop at his family hotel, has lately been feeling terrible, which was rare, ever since his Aunt Anaconda took over the hotel. Soon, Warren realizes that his Aunt, and the hotel, isn't as it seems. He sets out to find a myserious treasure before Anaconda or the faculty does if he wants to save the family and hotel. I was a little bored at times because this kind of book isn't my thing personally, but if you like the sound of this story, entertaining illustrations, and are around the middle school age, this book is for you.
