Burn the books?
Fahrenheit 451 is a sci-if/dystopian novel written by Ray Bradbury. This novel follows a “fireman” named Guy who is trained to burn books. Guy lives in the US sometime in the future. Guy starts doubting society and his beliefs. He secretly steals and collects books and gains tremendous guilt and paranoia from his decisions. This book addresses peer pressure, society, family dynamics, relationships, and technology. Personally, I enjoyed this book because of its unique and interesting plot, along with how the author depicted Guy’s mental state. However, because of the level of difficulty it is sometimes hard to understand at certain points. I would recommend this book if you want a challenge, but I think that only people over the age of 13 should read this book.
