The book "How I Survived Middle School #1: Can You Get an F in Lunch?" is a great book if you have the middle school jitters and if you do not fit in. You could make great real life connection.
This book was very influencing to me because it made me really reconsider my thoughts about getting in trouble at lunch because I used to always want to have food fights and get in trouble until this book came out and made me reconsider my decisions.

i read this book when i was in first grade and it used to be the world to me. i'm thinking about it now (i'm in sixth grade) and it's a little cliché. i'm not saying that i hate the books, but it's more suitable for younger kids.

This was one of the best books I ever read! The series helped me in sixth grade, and will most likely help any one else! Love it!
