Catrina and her family are moving to the coast of Northern California because her little sister, Maya, is sick. Cat isn't happy about leaving her friends for Bahía de la Luna, but Maya has cystic fibrosis and will benefit from the cool, salty air that blows in from the sea. As the girls explore their new home, a neighbor lets them in on a secret: There are ghosts in Bahía de la Luna. Maya is determined to meet one, but Cat wants nothing to do with them. As the time of year when ghosts reunite with their loved ones approaches, Cat must figure out how to put aside her fears for her sister's sake -- and her own.

Raina Telgemeier has masterfully created a moving and insightful story about the power of family and friendship, and how it gives us the courage to do what we never thought possible.

Not the best book by Raina Telgemeir, but it was pretty good. Its about this girl who has to move due to her younger sister's breathing problems and she meets ghosts inside of the book. I didn't really like it but the drawings were good! :) I also liked the phone that the girl used inside of it lol cuz I'm such a tech freak.

Uoi're going love the characters Maya, the boy and Maya's older sister. The book is about their new neighbor (the boy) who invites the girls to go on a ghost tour. It's a litle scary (but not too much) there are ghosts in here after all! Raina Telegemeier is one of my favorites and she delivers another knockout here!

This an interesting book about the day of the dead, ghosts and the experience of moving. I love the part we're Carlos's uncle Jose jumped Carlos and tackled him to the ground.
